
ATTENTION- Your workouts do not need to be extreme or "hardcore" to see results.
You don't need to almost pass out, throw up or not be able to walk for 3 days to see great progress in strength, fat loss, and endurance.
In-fact, extreme workouts like this are not sustainable, can be unsafe, and put you at extreme risk for injury (back, knees, joints) metabolic damage, and burnout.
If you want exercise to be something you do for the rest of life then you should focus on safe progression style workouts that you can do every day and week without great risk.
There is nothing wrong with being challenged. but please do it in a safe, and smart manner.
