IS THIS YOU?? ~Working out hard everyday and still not seeing the results you would like?

Nutrition is probably your missing piece. Are you following the "whatever" diet? (eating and drinking whatever you want when you want it) Are trying to eat healthy foods but eat these foods kind of randomly with no structure in mind? (doing paleo, gluten free, dairy free, meat free, sugar free, fat free, taste free) Are you following a certain number of calories that you determined was right from you from reading an article or a calculator on the internet?? (1200 calories is definitely NOT the right number for everyone). Most of the people I talk to or come in to see me have do not have a structured nutrition plan they are following.

~Many of these have or are still working with other personal trainers or even dieticians. If your trainer is NOT giving you at the very least some nutrition guidelines or they are giving you a "cookie cutter" nutrition plan that everyone gets with the same foods and calories how do you expect to get great results? You can NOT expect it just from the workout alone. ~Working out hard and not eating right for your specific personal goals is like switching seats on the Titanic.... not an effective LONG TERM solution! ~You are a unique individual so you need a specific customized nutrition plan that lays out the ideal foods, nutrients, and calories based on your specific goals, food allergies/tolerances and body composition (body fat % and activity level and not just weight) A balanced structured nutrition plan that works in harmony with your current exercise plan.
